Bright Futures is a national health promotion initiative dedicated to promoting and improving the health and well-being of infants, children, and adolescents in the context of family and community. These high quality, Bright Futures based educational programs have been created with these same goals in mind.

Pediatrics in Practice
is a Bright Futures-based faculty development health promotion curriculum that supports MCH leaders with effective skills and strategies to teach health promotion content and foster a greater understanding of its core concepts. Produced by a nationally recognized panel of maternal and child health professionals and parents, this one-of-a kind curriculum provides meaningful tools to help child health professionals to communicate effectively, partner with and educate children and families as their advocate to promote health and prevent illness in a time efficient manner.

Collaboration Essentials for Pediatric & Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Residents
fosters an alliance between pediatric and psychiatric trainees to care for the mental health needs of children in the 21st century. Based on Bright Futures principles, it describes the technique of case-based discussions to encourage problem-based learning in the psychosocial developmental aspects of child health. These materials have been written and edited by faculty from Children's Hospital Boston and Harvard Medical School and are freely available to pediatricians and child and adolescent psychiatrists worldwide.

Pedicases
is a learner-centered, case-based curriculum that emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention, consistent with the Bright Futures guidelines. Pedicases includes more than 30 self-contained educational modules, covering important topics in child growth, development, behavior, and adolescent health. The materials were produced by faculty from Children's Hospital Boston and Harvard Medical School. They were reviewed by nationally recognized experts, and pilot-tested and evaluated in pediatric residency programs across the U.S. Pedicases materials are freely available to healthcare educators worldwide.
